Logistics, Transport & Trade
Keeping goods moving — contracts, customs and cross-border compliance.

Overview
Cameroon is Central Africa’s trade gateway: the Port of Douala handles the bulk of CEMAC’s maritime trade, with the deep-water port of Kribi and the northern corridor to Chad and the Central African Republic extending its reach. Logistics operators work across customs regimes, carrier-liability rules, warehousing arrangements and the CEMAC free-movement framework for goods within the zone. ALPs documents carriage, warehousing and freight-forwarding contracts, advises on customs and trade compliance, and resolves the cargo, demurrage and liability disputes that arise when goods are on the move.
