Associates at ALPs work inside a deliberately lean structure: every associate is trained by the partnership directly, on live matters rather than shadow work. The firm invests in lawyers who can operate across both of Cameroon’s legal traditions — drafting and advocacy in the common-law tradition of the anglophone regions and the civil-law tradition of the francophone courts.
